By accessing and using Job Application Tracker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Job Application Tracker is a Chrome extension that helps users organize job applications, tailor resumes with AI assistance, and generate cover letters. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and AI credit allocations.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription tier
- Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- AI credits do not roll over between billing periods (Pro and Ultimate tiers)
AI Features and Credits
AI features (resume tailoring and cover letter generation) consume AI credits. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of final content
- AI credits are consumed upon generation, not upon usage
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI features
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Job Application Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties
